We can ship items to anywhere in the world. International Delivery costs will apply outside of UK.

How to order Inflight Simulations products
The easist way is to use Paypal or by telephone card transactions but if you require any other items that are not in the catologue please fill out an enquiry form in our Contact section. The enquiry form should have your address, country, a list of the products you require or you can just contact Inflight Simulations direct.
How do you deliver Inflight Simulations products
Inflight Simulations products are delivered by standard royal mail or courier please ask for any special delivery you require at sales@inflightsimulationsshop.co.uk.
Delivery time
Inflight Simulations orders are processed immediately items in stock will be sent on reciept of payment normally within 7 days, Items that are not in stock can take upto 4 weeks.
How do I pay for my products
Inflight Simulations: Payments are made through PayPal or by telephone for card payments if you are using the Contact form then payments can be made by, Bank Transfer and Cheque please give details when ordering.
What if the items are damaged on arrival
Our products are packed to arrive in perfect condition, damage sometimes occur when handled by the postal or courier service. If this happens, we will exchange the defective parts. Any damages have to be reported immediately to the delivery company, and after that to Inflight Simulations. If you´d like to send the items back, please inform us before sending, this can be by post or email.
